The firm’s Construction Claims practice group has handled complex litigation involving defective construction, design professional negligence, environmental claims, mold issues, cost adjustments, delay and scheduling claims, as well as claims involving government entities such as the United States Government and state and local governments. Our attorneys are involved in the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry as well as other construction industry organizations.

Our practice group also represents claimants in bond, lien and insurance claims on construction projects.   Furthermore, combining our consumer practice with our construction claims practice, the firm has represented home owners, condominium owners and commercial owners in claims involving defective construction, mold issues and other claims.
