Henrichsen Siegel Wins Defense Verdict At Trial In a Virginia Case Alleging International Business Fraud

Neil L. Henrichsen won a defense verdict for a client in a case alleging international business fraud in the Arlington County, Virginia Circuit Court. The plaintiff in the case alleged at trial, held in July 2009, that the businessman defendant was personally responsible for a significant lost investment although the defendant was involved only in setting up an arrangement for the investment. After plaintiff put on its case, the Court dismissed all claims on the defendant’s motion.
