Helen H. Albee is a member of Henrichsen Siegel, where her practice focuses primarily on commercial law, surety law, construction litigation, subrogation, business disputes, and civil litigation. Ms. Albee enjoys particularly substantial experience in construction litigation, where she has handled a full variety of disputes, from payment issues to takeover and completion of construction.

Ms. Albee has extensive experience in all aspects of trial practice. Ms. Albee began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange and Osceola County, Florida, where she regularly conducted trials in a variety of matters.

Ms. Albee earned her J.D. degree, with Honors, from the University of Florida College of Law in 1993. Ms. Albee was awarded her B.S.B.A. in Finance, with Honors, from the University of Florida in 1989.

Ms. Albee is admitted to the Bars of Florida and Georgia, and also is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, and Colorado, as well as the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Ms. Albee is a member of the Construction Law Committee of the Florida Bar and is active in the community through the Junior League of Jacksonville, Inc.
