Shands M. Wulbern

Mr. Wulbern is a member of Henrichsen Siegel who is an experienced civil litigation attorney. He represents individual clients in employment discrimination, civil rights, consumer protection, and other disputes regarding violations of individual rights. Mr. Wulbern’s practice also includes the representation of clients in commercial litigation involving business torts and contractual claims.

Prior to joining Henrichsen Siegel, Mr. Wulbern obtained significant trial experience as a prosecutor for the State Attorney’s Office in Ocala, Florida and then as a criminal defense attorney for the Office of the Public Defender in Jacksonville.

Mr. Wulbern obtained his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Tulane University. He is currently licensed to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
